You should take fruits half an hour before taking the grains for breakfast. Around the middle of the afternoon you will take your next supplement, which will be two cups of steamed vegetable juice. The leftover of these vegetables will be later consumed for the dinner roasting them. Along with it humus, celery sticks and fresh fruit juices are also good options.

Detox Diet Menu for Lunch:

In Detox diet menu for lunch you can have a cup of steamed vegetables and vegetable soup. Have it either way, have it the way, you enjoy better. The choice of vegetables which have roots and stems and are green would be more fruitful and effective. Chew every bite of the food properly as it will assist digestion.


Before dinner you can have another serving of fresh fruits. If you feel like, you can also supplement your detox diet menu with different vegetable. Add some salads to the diet also, made from cucumber, lettuce, and other green vegetables.


By taking in different fruits, you are actually providing your body with fibers and vitamins. Fibrous food gives us the feel of a full stomach and helps in digestion. It also gives us a satiated feeling which manages our eating times as well. Vitamins play an important role in the process of removing the contaminant from the body, and thus help making you strong and healthy.
