When eating a meal, have a cup of whole grains. This may include things like brown rice, amaranth, or buckwheat. Along with this you will also include three servings of fruits and vegetables in your diet. You should have one of the vegetables in a raw form only. If you decide to have your fruit and vegetables all together in a salad, only virgin oils and vinegar can be used for a dressing.
To make things right for your body in a natural way, you will need to add a tonic for your kidney and liver. The ingredients for this tonic are listed below. You will need to add two cups of herbal tea such as; dandelions, chamomile, or fennel. Also add a totally natural vegetable juice like carrots to the mix. A clove of garlic, bunch of black grapes, parsley or yellow tea in two cup amounts can be added also. It is also a good thing for you to start drinking eight or more glasses of fresh water each day and also fruit juices that are made fresh like oranges or apples.
